TSB is better dealt by the local Mitsubishi garage. They usually have all the TSBs. Phone the dealer and query about your especific TSB numbers. There is a publisher which sell workshop manual for the Outlander and also sell TSBs. The Publisher has compiled all these TSBs in one book (e.g. 2007 Outlander TSBs). No, I only have the same response to the same complains, from the same people. I can voice my opinion, as anybody else can. If a few people are complaining about things nobody else experiencing, then it is your choice who you want to trust..
